This baby was reunited with his family after going missing during the Nice attack

A baby boy who went missing during the Thursday night attack in Nice has been safely reunited with his family.

In the aftermath of the attack, the mother's friends Yohlaine Ramasitera and Rebecca Boulanger took to Facebook to appeal for help finding the boy, who was separated from his family in the confusion following the attack.

"If you see this child: CONTACT ME," reads Ramasitera's post."Blue pushchair."

While the family were out searching for their child, Boulanger and Ramasitera quickly spread the word on social media. Their posts about the missing child were collectively shared hundreds of times across Facebook.

A short time later, the baby was found.

According to a post from Boulanger, a lady had found the baby and taken him in to keep him safe. The family were then contacted and went to pick him up.

The baby is now safely back with his family.
